Delivery Information
For orders further than 20km 98% of deliveries will arrive within one business day but can take up to 2-3 business days, depending on our courier partners. Please take this into account when you select your chosen delivery date. If you place an order for a delivery location that is further than 20km's from Melbourne CBD and we feel the travel time is too long for the plant, we will ship your plant on the following Monday. *Please note in the unlikely event that the courier deems it unsafe to leave your gift due to high exposure to the public eye, no access through the gate and there is nowhere safe to leave your gift, a re delivery fee of $30 will be required. No weekend and public holiday delivery except for special occasions such as Mother's day and Father's day. We will update our web page should a weekend delivery be available.
Tracking links are provided within your email confirmation. If the recipient is not home and there is nowhere safe to leave your package, your package will be redirected and extra courier charges will apply.
